Muslims for Just Futures invites you to an evening of celebration and community-building. We will be celebrating our 5 Muslim Women's Powerbuilding Institute fellows and featuring their neighborhood projects. In addition, we will be sharing our Muslim Abolitionist Futures agenda and the work of the network in-person. Meet the core of the Muslim Abolitionist Futures network who will be in Chicago. Meet the organizers who will be in town that are building our abolitionist futures from HEART, Queer Crescent, Vigilant Love, and Muslim Women For. We will be meeting at the Haymarket House from 6-8 pm ct. The address is 800 W Buena Ave, Chicago, IL 60613 in Uptown.
Covid Precautions: Please test before the event and if you are feeling ill, please stay home. MJF will be requiring masks in the indoor spaces. We will have masks for you if you don't have one. We will organize any eating and drinking in the open outdoor space for outdoor appetizers and mingling. Let's keep each other safe.
